The 4th marked the birthday of my dear friend Mike, who was tragically killed 19 years ago so I wanted to make this a special wander and dedicate this video to him. As the warm golden light faded and the waves rolled in beside us, Micha and I spoke about grief, how time reshapes it, and how, albeit slowly, life finds a way to grow around the pain. The beach was quiet, peaceful, and the perfect setting to talk openly about the weight we carry and the strength it takes to keep moving forward.
