You already know DeoVR as the best VR video player out there. Now we have added a VR video streaming platform to it. We are connecting creators with viewers for the advancement of VR.

DeoVR is dedicated and committed to the VR community. We believe it’s about time we gather all the cool VR videos together and bring them to the world. Our new streaming platform means every video you upload to DeoVR will be available for streaming on every VR headset through the DeoVR app and webpage, both flat and WebXR.

It has taken a lot of time and energy to get to this stage. And we are still actively working to add all the features you might desire. Our dev and product teams are releasing new features and improvements every single day.

Here are some of the exciting developments to expect:

An easy-to-use content creator dashboard will allow you to seamlessly upload, edit and check the performance of your video.

All existing 30 FPS videos are interpolated up to 60FPS to deliver greatly improved visual quality. And 60FPS will be turned into 120FPS to match the display rate of 120Hz headsets.

The upcoming DeoVR Premium subscription means creators will be paid for every second of video watched. Pay-per-video options and tip functionality are coming soon. We can see a viable economy coming to the VR creators community.

Our WebXR player and the site will be improved so all Deo videos can be played in the Oculus Browser or any other WebXR browser.

Before the end of the year, we will release a major upgrade that will greatly improve visual quality in Quest headsets, using Android Overlay integration. Every video will look much better than before offering a vivid picture with crisp details.
