The 2025 Guangzhou International Light Festival ran from November 16 to 26, themed "Wisdom Gathers in the Bay Area, Joy Ignites the National Games," aligning with the 15th National Games and the 32nd Guangzhou Garden Expo. Main venues included Huacheng Square and Haixinsha Asian Games Park, featuring 36 light art installations, while sub-venues extended along the Pearl River waterfront and Huangpu District. A highlight was the first - ever synchronized light show by Canton Tower, CTF Finance Centre, and Guangzhou IFC, creating a 360° visual feast with eight sail - shaped LED screens. It blended AIGC, interactive projections, and live performances, with the giant "Ao Fish" lantern (from the National Games opening) merging traditional Lingnan culture with cutting - edge tech, and 30 shows adding to the immersive fun.
