It's hard to imagine that an ENTIRE province of a highly developed industrial country could be deginated as a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve. It's like the entire state of Hawaii being designated as such. Even the residents in that province don't seem to appreciate why. Apparently it's because their view of their island has been terribly limited. This documentary shows the possibility that we the humans might be missing a lot due to out limited--sometimes prohibited--view of our surroundings.
