St. Anthony Church in Bucharest, also known as Biserica Sfântul Anton, is a beautiful Catholic church located in the capital city of Romania. It features striking Neo-Gothic architecture with tall spires, pointed arches, and intricate stained glass windows. Built between 1904 and 1906 by the German-speaking Catholic community of Bucharest, it was named after St. Anthony of Padua. The interior is equally impressive, with ornate decorations and frescoes. The church is easily accessible by public transportation and within walking distance of several attractions. Visitors are welcome, but check opening hours in advance. A high-resolution (4K+) VR footage is available for viewers to experience visiting the Church as if they were actually there, giving a unique perspective of the church.
