The white rotating small building was renovated from the former Jingwan Bay Post Station. It has a creamy-white spiral exterior, resembling a cream cake. There are outdoor seats on the 1st floor, a terrace on the 2nd floor, a skywalk connecting on the 3rd floor, and a rooftop terrace on the 4th floor — offering the best views of the three bridges over Suzhou Creek and the sunset.
