One Year: A Thousand Stories (artistic short film)

This artistic short film follows three young haute couture models—Ariadna Orme, Yaiza María, and Mariuxy Ruiz, two of whom are aspiring Mini Miss Universe contestants—as they come together to mark the end of the year. Through quiet reflection, they revisit what they have achieved, what they have learned, and the experiences that have shaped them along the way.

The film gradually transforms into a trippy, dreamlike journey: a sensory labyrinth of textures and emotions where reality dissolves into metaphor. Mirrors, feathers, transparent plastics, and shifting surfaces appear as symbolic elements—representing connection, fragility, transformation, and resilience. Moving through this mysterious landscape, the models navigate memories, challenges, and inner truths, discovering the paths that have led them to become who they are today.

In this surreal space between dreams and awakening, they ultimately find clarity, unity, and purpose. The film concludes with the three celebrating together—not only the arrival of a new year, but the shared strength, growth, and hope that binds them as they step forward into what’s to come.
