The HARDEST Part of My Nepal Helambu Trek😰3D VR180

This is the final chapter of my Nepal adventure! 🇳🇵

After days of trekking through the Himalayas, sacred Buddhist sites, remote villages and beautiful rhododendron forests, I’m finally making my way through the Helambu region toward civilization.

Along the way, I visit Melamchi Ghyang and Ghyang Gompa, follow the old stone landmarks that helped me stay on the right trail, and experience some seriously difficult moments that I honestly didn’t expect.

After living with very simple food and basic conditions in the mountains, getting back to civilization — and seeing fresh vegetables and fruit again — felt AMAZING! 😂

This trek taught me how quickly you can simplify your needs when you're far away from everything.
