I recently came across the Low Poly Sci-Fi Building Pack on the Unity asset store. I wanted to use these sci fi stylized assets for a prototype our engineer was working on. They turned out to be really worth it for just $15 USD. The assets are really low poly and look really good with post processing and good lighting. I used the LOW POLY - City Pack assets for the roads and trees.
