New: AI passthrough!
This amazing Deo feature uses the power of AI to turn every VR scene into AR passthrough! Now you can take characters out of VR and have them right there with you - as if they were in the same room.
Notice: AI Passthrough is presently in beta mode, and as such, users may encounter occasional service imperfections. The feature is currently exclusive to the DeoVR app, but it will soon be accessible on both browsers and mobile devices. Your feedback is highly encouraged and appreciated.
Recommended headsets:
Meta Quest 3, and Quest Pro with stereoscopic color passthrough, Pico 4 (monoscopic color passthrough).
Compatible headsets:
Quest 2, Valve Index (monoscopic black and white passthrough).
Passthrough is not compatible yet for Oculus Link cable.
Check out our complete guide to passthrough and join in the discussion at our busy forum.
On the evening of 18 April 2026, I attended the Fallas burning ceremony in the town of GAVA. When the Mascletá (fireworks display) at 21:00 made my ears ring and the flames instantly shot up the feathers of that giant, colourful rooster, the sheer awe that made my very soul tremble was truly difficult to capture fully through a lens.
Watching the artistic creations, painstakingly constructed over several days, being completely engulfed by flames and reduced to ashes in less than half an hour, the intense visual impact intertwined with a sense of wistfulness created a profoundly ceremonial atmosphere.
This is the very essence of the Falla Festival: destruction, for the sake of a better rebirth.
This year’s main sculpture bore the inscription ‘Tot ho tenim a Gavà’ (We have everything in Gavà), symbolising the casting of all past misfortunes into the flames.
