The Church of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary is a Baroque church dating from the first third of the 18th century, standing above the village of Neratov in the Orlické Mountains, Czech Republic.

At the end of World War II, the church was destroyed by fire and its remains gradually fell into disrepair. After 2000, it was reconstructed and fitted with a partially glass roof, creating its distinctive appearance.

The church has been protected as a cultural monument of the Czech Republic since 1992. On August 14, 2011, it was officially included among the pilgrimage sites of the Hradec Králové Diocese.
