Most ramen either uses soy sauce flavor or Miso flavor bone broth as their soup base. At Yoshi Ramen, They offer a thick chicken flavor soup base that is very unique. It's almost creamy but not by adding dairy but by extracting the fat and marrow from the chicken bone with long simmer time. The chefs adjusts the flavor periodically which means every time you visit, you will have a subtly different experience. Ordering is done via the vending machine outside reminiscing of the Japanese ramen parlors. One time when I visit, the music they were playing was classic anime soundtrack. Totoro, Laputa, Doraemon, and Sailor Moon! Fun!
