This museum in Yufuin recreates the feel of a small Showa-era town, complete with vintage shops, old signs, toys, and everyday objects from Japan’s “golden age.”
In this cinematic VR walk, you’ll join us as we wander past recreated storefronts, peer into tiny backstreets, and pause over details that would be easy to miss in a quick visit. Look around in every direction to find faded advertisements, glass soda bottles, CRT televisions, wooden candy shops, and the small touches that defined daily life in mid‑20th‑century Japan.
