Today I went to a hotpot place and thought I was ready... BUT THEN THEY BROUGHT ME THIS THING. They said it's tofu, but it seriously looks like... a shoe insole?! China's food magic is next-level!

Besides the ""Inshoe tofu"", I also tried some classic hotpot stars like beef tripe, fatty beef, goose intestines, and even ICE TOFU PUDDING for dessert!! Spoiler alert: things got way out of hand
