This is one of two live sessions Version Music TV filmed with Tomás to accompany the release of his live EP 'Alive In Paris', out July 24th 2026 on True Groove Records. The EP was recorded at the New Morning in Paris while Doncker was on tour supporting Fun Lovin' Criminals.
NYC-born, UK-based, Doncker came up through New York's No Wave and Punk-Funk scenes in the early 1980s alongside The Contortions and Defunkt. Since then he has recorded and toured with Bootsy Collins, Meshell Ndegeocello, Ivan Neville, The Specials and Patti Smith. The True Groove All Stars are his band.
