Japan Michinoku Yosakoi Team KITABITO

This is a judging venue for the "Michinoku YOSAKOI Festival," held in Sendai City, Miyagi Prefecture.
"KITABITO" is the nickname for a group primarily composed of student teams from the Sapporo region of Hokkaido. The name "KITABITO" translates to "North Person."
The performers wear traditional Japanese makeup characteristic of YOSAKOI. Hokkaido is renowned as the home of the Soran Yosakoi style.
