Views of the Piney Run Reservoir 2023 3D 180 VR

This 3D 180 VR experience takes you to the waters of the Piney Run Reservoir, which is located in Carroll County, Maryland. Conceptualized in 1964, Piney Run Reservoir was planned to provide southeastern Carroll County with a future water supply, a recreational area, and protection from flooding. Piney Run is one of the few local man-made lakes, as Maryland has no natural lakes. The Piney Run is 55 feet deep and is used for boating, fishing and wildlife conservation.
