This music video was recorded from The Idolmaster Cinderella Girls: Starlight Stage (commonly known as DereSute), a Japanese rhythm game featuring over 190 idols.
Each idol has a backstory and dances in groups that fit each song.

LAVE LAIKA is a unit formed by Minami Nitta(新田美波) and Anastasia(アナスタシア).
The name combines “LOVE,” inspired by Minami’s association with Venus, the goddess of love and beauty, and “LAIKA,” taken from Anastasia’s Russian background and her love of stargazing—Laika being the first dog to travel into space.
This song was released on CD in March 2015.
In the 2015 anime adaptation, both characters appear together as members of the Cinderella Project.
In one scene just before a live performance, Minami falls ill, and Ranko Kanzaki steps in to sing “Memories” alongside Anastasia.
Interestingly, in the mobile game Starlight Stage, if Ranko is placed in Minami’s spot for the MV unit, her vocals automatically replace Minami’s part.
This level of detail shows how carefully the game was crafted—and why it continues to earn strong support from fans.
