
This is one of the narrowest roads I've ever driven.
Only one lane, and only 1.7 meters wide. It's a small farm road in the mountains of Hiroshima, not made for normal cars. On the left side, a green rice paddy spreads out. On the right side, a steep cliff stands right next to the road. If you make one mistake, there is nowhere to escape.
I'm driving my red Mazda MX-5 ND through this tight gap. Slowly, carefully, feeling the width of the car against the edge of the road.
