Located in Guanlan, Longhua District, Shenzhen, the Civil Code Park covers about 169,000 square meters. Once known as Guanlan People’s Park, it has been reborn as a modern urban landscape that blends mountain terrain, waterfront ecology, and pedestrian systems. Guided by the concept of “order and harmony,” the design reshapes the balance between nature and humanity, presenting an open and refined vision of contemporary park design—where the spirit of law transforms into the order of space, and daily life finds new rhythm in greenery.
