The sightseeing horse carriage located near Kameoka Torokko Station offers two courses: a course that takes you to the Hozugawa boat ride (approx. 25 minutes) and a tour course that takes you around the area and returns (approx. 15 minutes).
Although horses are large, weighing up to 1 ton, they have very calm and easy to interact with. The course that would take 5 minutes by car takes leisurely 25 minutes by carriage, so you can enjoy the gentle breeze and the rich natural scenery of Hozugawa River while listening to the charming sound of horses walking.
