A Pork Rib noodle. The ribs are coated with flour, deep fried then stewed with Taro cubes. the egg noodle is cooked, the stewed pork rib and taro with sauce is added to the noodle and bone is used to filled the bowl.
This restaurant is so popular there is always a line outside. The wait on weekends can be 15-30 min but the noodle is worth the wait.
