The Fish Hatchery Park is a nature park along the Applegate River, operated by Josephine County. It offers public access to swimming, fishing, and hiking areas. The park also has a nature trail and a multi-use trail leading to Bolt Mountain, a serpentine peak with diverse flora and fauna. The park was once the site of a fish hatchery that operated from 1912 to 1936, collecting and distributing salmon and steelhead eggs.
