Guy's Cliffe House Warwick 360: Drone Flight Over the Ruined Mansion on the River Avon

Step inside the grounds of Guy's Cliffe House — a fire-gutted Georgian mansion standing above the River Avon just outside Warwick, and one of the most striking ruins in Warwickshire.

This 360 drone flight lifts you over the roofless shell of the house, the sandstone cliff it is built into and the wooded bend of the river below. From the air you can see the full footprint of the estate: the ruined hall, the outbuildings, the caves and chapel cut directly into the rock, and the fields running away toward Warwick.

The house takes its name from the legend of Guy of Warwick, the folk hero said to have lived out his last years as a hermit in the rock here. Today the ruin is closed to general public access, which makes an aerial pass like this one of the few ways to see it properly.
