This is Trip 1 of James's two-month-long Maddox Batson concert spree, which includes five concerts across five states. After this trip, he headed to the State Theatre in Greensboro just two days later to see Maddox again. Next, he traveled to The Fillmore Charlotte in Charlotte, North Carolina, for another show on September 27. To finish the spree, he attended two more Maddox Batson concerts in two additional states.
