Pork stew肉羹. The pork stew is a thick soup cooked with pork broth and sliver bamboo shoots. The protein is pork paste ball or fish paste ball. The stew is thicken with starch. Flavor is enhanced with a dollop of Satay sauce added before serving. The pork stew served here is thicker and sweeter than you typical pork stew. They also serve a lovely stewed Daikon Radish as a side dish.
