Lake Dumbleyung is the largest open lake in Western Australia's Wheatbelt and located about 270 km South-West of Perth. It was made famous when in 1964 Englishman Donald Campbell broke the world water speed record at 444 km/h. In this short hike we initially walk along the lake shore before following a gravel road to the top of Pussy Cat hill which provides a splendid view of the expanse of the lake.
