Nara: Fawns and deer in Nara Park, JAPAN

The fawns born in spring have grown large enough to eat grass and crackers.

As sacred deer of Kasuga Taisha Shrine, they have coexisted with the Japanese people in Nara for over 1300 years.

Since they are not livestock or pets, the deer will get angry if tourists behave badly.
