I visited one of the most unexpected places on the coast of Piauí, Brazil

In Barra Grande, right by the beach, there is a futuristic circular structure called the Portal. It is part of an international project that connects public spaces in different countries through a live video feed, allowing people thousands of kilometers apart to see and interact with each other in real time.
There is no audio. Communication happens through gestures, expressions, smiles and simple moments of curiosity.
What surprised me the most was not only the technology, but the atmosphere of the place itself. The area is beautiful, open, peaceful and perfect for spending the end of the day. It feels like the kind of place where you can watch the sunset, listen to music, walk by the beach or simply enjoy the moment with someone you care about.
And seeing something like this in Piauí makes the experience even more special.
