Notice: AI Passthrough is presently in beta mode, and as such, users may encounter occasional service imperfections. The feature is currently exclusive to the DeoVR app, but it will soon be accessible on both browsers and mobile devices. Your feedback is highly encouraged and appreciated.

Welcome to Bang Kapi Market, one of Bangkok’s most authentic local markets. 🇹🇭

This is a full 360° VR walking tour, filmed with a 360 camera, giving you a real first-person experience of a non-touristy Thai market.

Unlike central Bangkok tourist areas (Silom, Siam, etc.), Bang Kapi Market is mostly visited by locals. Foreign tourists are rare here, which makes the atmosphere feel raw and authentic.

💰 Real Local Prices (Converted Approx.)
Mango: 50 Baht/kg (~$1.40 USD)
Tangerines: 15–35 Baht/kg
Banana: 20–30 Baht per bunch
Watermelon (half): 25 Baht
Pineapple: ~30 Baht
Pork: ~200–220 Baht/kg
Eggs: ~90–110 Baht per tray

Many items are 2–4x cheaper than in Korea and significantly cheaper than Western countries.

🥭 What You’ll See
Fresh tropical fruit stalls
Raw meat and seafood sections
Thai herbs (Phak Chi / coriander)
Street food and skewers
Rice sold in large sacks
Banana trees growing nearby
Minimal tourists, mostly locals

Some sections were closed when filming (around 5:14 PM), suggesting early morning and late-night peak activity. The market is reported to operate 24 hours with different sections active at different times.
