Monaco, is a microstate with a constitutional monarchy

Monaco, formally the Principality of Monaco, is a microstate with a constitutional monarchy located
in the south of France in Western Europe. Monaco is located on the French Riviera by the Ligurian Sea,
part of the Mediterranean Sea, a few kilometers from the French-Italian border but is otherwise
surrounded by France.
