Well, now you know, I love Paris. This is one of two jaunts around Paris, the other being in my most favorite arrondissement, the 9th. But before we go to the 9th, let's take a run around the 3rd, 4th, 1st, some of the 11th, I don't know I think Victor Hugo's apartment is in there as well!
