Rail Bento is a tradition that goes back to the Japanese colonial days. Taiwan Rail Bento meals are famous for being cheap and delicious. This is the High Speed Rail version that is sold to be consumed onboard the high speed train. Here I am enjoying a meal while going at land speed of 180MPH!
