The lighthouse once stood far out in the tidal flats, guiding ships through the dangerous waters of the Outer Weser. Today, it stands safely near the coast — but according to this Panoria 360 ghost mystery, its former keeper may never have abandoned his final watch.
On a stormy night, the lighthouse suddenly went dark. A ship disappeared from the channel, and the keeper spent the rest of his life searching for the vessel he believed he had failed.
Years later, the lighthouse was moved to shore. Yet a mysterious light was still said to appear above its abandoned position in the empty mudflats.
Look around as calm exterior footage of the lighthouse, coastline and tidal landscape is combined with atmospheric narration, maritime sound design and ghostly illustrated chapter scenes.
This is a fictional coastal ghost story inspired by the history, isolation and dramatic landscape surrounding Obereversand Lighthouse.
