"Wuling" is the highest point on Taiwan's highest road. Since it's higher than the clouds, you can often see a vast sea of clouds, and the view is just amazing. The temperature here is about 10 degrees lower than down in the city. If you ride a bike up the mountain without being fully prepared, you'll be so cold that you'll shiver nonstop, and your fingers will get so stiff that you can't even grab the brake levers. Please wear VR class and come ride up the mountain with me – at least you won't feel cold sitting at home!
