In this futuristic and relaxing 180º VR ASMR experience, we will conduct a body scan in an immersive and playful meditation focusing on breath and directing your attention to bodily sensations, promoting relaxation from head to toe. The audio is in 360º with soft spoken words and mouth sounds, along with other soothing technological effects. This is an illustrated meditation inspired by the Mindfulness technique of Body Scan, an invitation to anchor the mind in the present moment, awaken body awareness, and cultivate curiosity about meditative practices in a unique experience of well-being and centeredness.
