[LESHOWGAL] LEGO MOC-266483 Fell Beast | The Original Price Went Through the Roof, So I Built My Own

A creature that cuts through the dark skies, carrying the Nazgûl and spreading fear across the battlefield.

In this video, I introduce the MOC-266483 Fell Beast, a custom LEGO model that I built myself.

Inspired by the Fell Beast from The Lord of the Rings, this large-scale LEGO MOC captures its sinister and threatening silhouette through a long articulated neck and tail, a skeletal-looking body, sharp claws, and enormous outstretched wings.

The finished model has a much stronger presence in person than it appears to have in photographs. With both wings fully extended, it nearly fills the entire frame. Viewed from a low angle, it looks like a giant creature has descended directly from a scene in the films.

Its neck, tail, wings, jaw, and legs can be positioned in a variety of ways, allowing the model to recreate several dramatic poses: flying through the sky, diving toward its prey, or landing on a rock and roaring across the battlefield.

In this video, I take a closer look at the building process, the overall size of the finished model, the details of the head and body, the wing construction, the articulated joints, the available poses, and its impact as a display piece. I also share the strengths and the areas that felt slightly disappointing during the build.
