The second of three parts of a film about a three-week journey through Peru in a small group.

This part follows the route from Lima along Peru’s Pacific coast to Paracas and the Ballestas Islands, continuing through the spectacular desert oasis of Huacachina near Ica and across the Nazca Plateau.

Along the way, we explore the world-famous Nazca Lines, the ancient ceremonial center of Cahuachi, the remarkable Cantalloc Aqueducts, and some of the most unique desert landscapes in South America before reaching the colonial city of Arequipa.

From coastal cliffs and ocean wildlife to endless dunes, mysterious geoglyphs, and forgotten civilizations, this section of the journey reveals a completely different side of Peru — one shaped by desert, history, and human ingenuity.
