Wander China Ep.21 |The Lost Salt Road of China（漫步茶马古道）

This is one of the oldest Tea Horse Road heritage sites in Zigong, China.
More than a thousand years ago, Zigong’s well salt began its long journey from here, carried by horse caravans and porters across the mountains and rivers of southern Sichuan.

Today, the old bridge and stone path are still here. There are no crowds, no city noise — just quiet air, slow footsteps, and a sense that time has gently stood still.
Walking here feels less like visiting a tourist spot, and more like stepping into an old story of salt, trade, and peaceful life in China.

这里是中国自贡最古老的茶马古道遗址之一。
一千多年前，自贡的井盐就是从这里出发，由马帮和脚夫翻山越岭，运往川南各地。
如今，古桥和青石板路依然静静地保存着。这里没有拥挤的人群，也没有城市的喧闹，只有安静的空气、缓慢的脚步，还有一种时间仿佛停下来的感觉。
走在这里，不像是在参观一个普通景点，更像是走进一段关于中国盐运、商贸和宁静生活的古老故事。
