Take a Peak 30

After several distractions along the way I finally reached the horseshoe-shaped crater. I didn't know exactly what to expect as far as its prominence or scale. When I identified and marked it on the map I thought the crater might pale in comparison to nearby buttes with much greater prominence. When I reached the lower end of the ring I was excited to find a very prominent ridge to traverse. These raw volcanic formations are a thrill to explore. There are hundreds, if not thousands of them in the area. Nevertheless, I never lose interest to explore the next one on my list. The original vision for my videos and their presentation style is for uncut, full length adventures like this one. I realize it is not for the short attention span of most people, but I wish to upload them in this manner for my own sake if for no one else.
