Theme-Swapne Pawa Ruper Rani, Jagrata Maa Jagajjanani
In this year 2026, Badamtala Ashar Sangha's theme 'Swapne Pawa Ruper Rani' draws from a timeless tale of a devoted Shaivite ascetic who used to reside at a Shiva temple situated around what is now Rashbehari Avenue approximately 500 years ago. The legend goes that one night in a dream, Bhairava appears to him and reveals a longing for a temple built to Bhairavi. Though lacking resources to complete such a task, the ascetic is assured by his Lord of support as long as he begins. Strangely, once he starts ways and means open up to make the temple of his vision possible thus transforming his dream and devotion into a living Legacy
