大内宿は、福島県南会津郡下郷町にある、江戸時代の宿場町の面影を色濃く残す歴史的な集落です。
茅葺き屋根の民家が整然と立ち並ぶ景観が評価され、1981年（昭和56年）に国の重要伝統的建造物群保存地区に選定されました。
