[4K] Kumba - Defunct B&M Sit-down Coaster | On-ride Front Row POV | Busch Gardens Tampa

Kumba was a steel roller coaster located at Busch Gardens Tampa Bay in Tampa, Florida. The ride opened in 1993 and was designed by Bolliger & Mabillard. It was 143 feet tall and featured a top speed of 60 miles per hour. This old-school B&M is one of my favorite roller coasters in the park, D.O.A. (dead or alive), due to its visually appealing profile and unique characteristics. This ride ties with Montu on my favorite coaster list.

The ride's next-generation sequel, "Kumba's Revenge", is set to replace this attraction, with additional details to be unveiled soon.
