There's a place called El Golfet, tucked beneath Cap Roig, where the water is transparent and warm. This morning, I was there doing tai chi on the sand, moving slowly as the day began.

It was the hottest summer I've ever lived, and yet, in that moment, the heat felt like a gift. I celebrated the sunrise while swimming, with the sun rising behind me. Just me, the sea, and the light. A perfect start to the day. 🙏
