Cheonjedan(Hanbaegum)

"After quickly filming the overall view of Cheonjedan, I went inside to continue shooting. However, right after I started filming, a visitor appeared who began bowing in each direction of Taebaeksan Mountain and then intended to perform a ritual at Cheonjedan. I, who was in the middle of filming, shouted to ask her to wait a moment and managed to buy some time. But then, a Korea National Park Service employee appeared and started to protest my filming. It was an awkward situation. Ultimately, I had to finish filming briefly and withdraw. (That's why the video length is a bit short.) Hanbaegum is a title for Dangun Wanggeom, the founder of Gojoseon, who appears in the Dangun myth as the grandson of Hwanin and the son of Hwanung. I should probably come earlier next time. Even now, Cheonjedan is a place visited year-round by those practicing folk beliefs who come to offer prayers and perform rituals at any time."
