Magdeburg is located in Germany and is the state capital of Saxony-Anhalt. The cathedral and the monastery of the Lieben Frauen are world-famous. Equally interesting are the Old Market Square with its town hall, the Elbauenpark with its millennium tower and the Hundertwasser House.
