Take a Peak 17

This volcano exploration from 2022 involved a little scrambling, made more difficult whenever I'm holding stuff. It's way easier to get around when I can use my hands to stabilize, but then I wouldn't be able to record any video. One of these days I might get a backpack mount so I can explore without holding the camera. Then I'd have to be careful not to bash my camera into things behind me though. A drone would be awesome, but I prefer to keep it simple. I was surprised how solid the hand holds were on these lava pinnacles. Often lava rock crumbles easily, but these were more solidly attached than most I encounter.

Audio is really bad in these old recordings, since I didn't have wind protection or shock mount.
