Kuril Islands. VR Relaxation

The Kuril Islands are truly a "rugged volcanic region" due to their location on the boundary of two tectonic plates that form the Pacific Ring of Fire. They are home to a large number of both above-water (approximately 68) and underwater volcanoes, many of which are active, creating an active landscape and frequent displays of volcanic activity, including hot springs and fumarole fields.
