When Sendai was first established, the Jindera area was located in the direction of the evil spirits when viewed from Sendai Castle, so many temples gathered there and formed a temple town. This area was once called "Yatsuzuka" (Yatsuzuka) because there were eight old mounds here, but when the temple that was located on Motoderakoji was relocated, it was renamed "Shinderakoji" (Shinji Alley), a name that has remained to this day. There are many temples here, but here we will show you three that are famous for their cherry blossoms.
