The 4th marked the birthday of my dear friend Mike, who was tragically killed 19 years ago so I wanted to make this a special wander and dedicate this video to him. As the warm golden light faded and the waves rolled in beside us, Micha and I spoke about grief, how time reshapes it, and how, albeit slowly, life finds a way to grow around the pain.
